Project Experience
Richard has worked as a site manager, foreman and carpenter on construction and fit-out projects across the UK, Australia and the USA. His experience spans residential developments, hotels, schools, retirement living, shopping centres and fast-track retail. The projects below show his personal contribution within main-contractor and delivery teams. Work contracted directly by Bondi Projects is identified separately.
Richard worked on the internal delivery of boutique apartments across four buildings at The Harrington Collection, a mixed-use development in The Rocks. His work involved coordinating internal packages and finishes across high-end residential spaces through to completion.

While working in New York, Richard was involved in high-end private residential construction and refurbishment with Galcon Construction. The completed apartment reflects the level of finish expected in a carefully detailed Manhattan home.

Richard worked on the fit-out of hotel rooms and shared guest spaces, including the reception, bar and restaurant. The project required careful coordination of trades and detailed finishes across the hotel.
