We were initially contacted by our client to inspect the patio around their property, as the previous owners had installed pavers leaving numerous tripping hazards.

Here's how we helped remedy the area for our client:

1. We identified the sub base was unsuitable
2. Existing flags were only "spot fixed"

The Process:
1. Compacted the base down to a firm substrate
2. Re used existing flags on consistent ground level for a cement base.
3. We buttered the reverse side of the flags to enhance adhesion.
4. Checked for any defects.
5. Pointed the joints with 4:1 sand & cement mix.

To keep costs down, support local and keep it environmentally friendly we:

1. Removed existing flags, cleaned them in order to re use them.
2. Removed exiting sub base
3. Used local suppliers to provide materials needed.
